Can not use hierarchical tags function

Hi, I have a problem on managing my tags. I have installed the 2.1.62 version and can not use the hierarchical tag function. I have tried everything, from uninstalling anki to deleting my account and still, nothing happens. It would be great if i could recieve any advice :). Heres an image of references on how the tags display on screen.

To structure your tags hierarchically, use :: as a separator.
e.g. Geography::Asia::Japan

After clicking the ‘Select’ button, you should also be able to reorganize your tags by way of drag and drop.
