Having sync issues with Anki

I’ve been having issues with the Anki media sync for the past hour or so. I’ve gotten a couple different error messages, it’ll “upload/check” a couple hundred images before I get this error. I don’t have a VPN, or a proxy, or anything else that might be interrupting the connection (at least not that I’m aware of). I’ve also tried reloading it with all add-ons disabled and still had an issue.

Error details: error sending request for url (): connection closed before message completed
Error details: error sending request for url (): error writing a body to connection: connection closed via error
Error details: error sending request for url (: error writing a body to connection: Broken pipe (os error 32)
Error details: error sending request for url (): connection error: bad MAC

It’s likely temporary issues with some link between your internet provider and Anki’s servers. If you have access to a different wifi network, you could try using that for now.

Is there a way to fix the server link issue on my end or will it just resolve itself with time?

These things usually get resolved by internet providers within a few days. If you’re still having trouble, I’d recommend reaching out to your ISP to report the issue to them.

I’m still having an issue. Happy to report to my ISP, but what do I even say lol? Like I don’t even know what the issue is to create a report to them for
