Are you KIRI from Discord? It would help if you responded to the things I said over there –

…You should make sure you’ve tried all the things in those FAQs. Then you can look at the recent (the past month, at least) syncing error threads on the forums – Syncing & AnkiWeb - Anki Forums – see if one of them seems to match yours, and comment there with details about what you’ve tried, what is happening, when it started, etc. Or if it’s something different than those threads, you can post separately in that category, so we can take a look at your account.
It looks like your AnkiWeb account is fine from our side, so it’s likely related to whatever changed with your devices or your internet around the time the issues started for you.
