Error sending request for url(): error trying to connect (no have solutions?)

According to another post from ankiuser18 in feb 24, this solution:

dae:
“Your account was migrated to a different server due to a hardware issue, and your router cached the old location longer than it should have.”

I will post here everything I have already tried to do.

  1. Almost the same as this post: [Error sending request for url ()](by the author Expertium on Nov.1 2024)
  2. Windows 10, I did not update my OS or change any Internet-related settings
  3. I‘ve updated Anki version to ⁨25.02 (038d85b1)⁩
    Python 3.9.18 Qt 6.6.2 PyQt 6.6.1 24.10 RC2 (898c9128) but the promblem still existed.
  4. I am not using a proxy.
  5. Syncing was working just fine yesterday, same Anki version (while the error information prompted), same everything
  6. No Add-ons too.
  7. Everything other than Anki is working fine
  8. None of the topics with “Error sending request for url ()” (which seems to be happening since at least 2021) contained a working solution
  9. I can log in https://ankiweb.net/decks to find my decks.
  10. Rebooting my PC doesn’t help

I don’t have more ideas. Help me , please!

There have been no recent migrations. If logging out + syncing again does not help, what happens when you visit https://sync3.ankiweb.net/abc in your browser?

the following error appears (404 Not Found):

Sorry for the delay. That indicates you’re able to access your AnkiWeb server in your browser. The fact that it works there but not when using Anki could be something on your device or network that’s filtering the connection (firewall, antivirus, etc). If you have another device you can try with (such as a mobile device), it might be worth trying with that to see if the problem persists. If you have access to a different wifi network, that will also help isolate the cause.
