You might have files from an older installation with elevated permissions there:
- Try completing deleting
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Local\Programs\Ankibefore running the installer. - If that doesn’t help, change the Installation Scope option to install Anki for all users if you have administrator privileges.
