This error appears when I try to install the latest Anki (2.1.66 Qt6)

Perhaps run as administrator will solve the problem.

Thanks for the help. I installed it in a different directory and it worked. I wanted it in Program Files but I guess hidden in the bowels of AppData will have to do.
