I downloaded a deck file .colapkg and when I try to sync the new decks with the web account it gives me following error. I am not using any VPN or proxy.
"A network error occurred.
Error details: error sending request for url ()"
Anyone knows any solution to this please? Would appreciate it greatly. Thanks!
First – did you mean to get a COLPKG? Importing that will overwrite your entire collection. You would ordinarily import an APKG file.
As for that error – it isn’t related to the deck. It means your device can’t see AnkiWeb to sync with it. See: Error establishing a secure connection when syncing - Anki FAQs .
