Just to confirm, does the second filter get applied in a “OR” boolean manner (vs. AND)?

So for example, if I have my first filter set as “tags:Anatomy” with 100-cards limit per day, and second filter set as “tags:Treatment” with a 50-cards limit per day, will my filtered deck have 100 Anatomy-tagged cards and 50 Treatment-tagged cards? Or would it create a deck only with cards that are tagged with both Anatomy and Treatment? (It seems like the former based on my experinmentation but I just wanted to confirm).

Yes, this. They aren’t technically AND or OR – they are 2 independent filters. But the end result is that they will be stacked in your filtered deck – 100 Anatomy followed by 50 Treatment. Cards that match both are eligible to be pulled by either filter.
