Don‘ get new cards even though i‘m in the limits of reviews

Hi there, :wave:

Unfortunately anki doesn’t show me any new cards from one day to another. Ive read some posts in this forum, where the problem was, that users reached the limit of reviews. This suppresses the new cards shown. This is not the case for me. I’m all in the limits, having about 100 reviews with limits of 20 new cards per day and 200 reviews per day. This happend from one day to another and I’m using anki since multiple years. I can’t find a solution. Thanks for your help!! :pray:

Please check the limits of your parent decks, as if you’re clicking on the parent deck and its review limit has been reached, that will limit the children.
