Does Anki integrate my cards when importing a deck from another person with some of my cards?

I have imported an Anki-Deck from another person, but this deck contains some cards I did some time ago and that are located in other decks.

When importing I got the massage “68 double cards were found and therfore not imported”, because these are my cards already existing in other decks.

I wanted to know, if Anki added them nevertheless to this new deck, because I want to learn witth this one and dont switch decks just for some of my cards.

I hope anyone knows what Im talking about even though of my kind of bad english…

If the cards are already in your collection, they will remain in their current deck, and will not be added again. It’s not easy to change this behaviour.
