Difficult, hard, easy setting

I had setup a system for the interval times of cards as indicated below.

This has been working fine for many methods however now all cards are defaulted back to 1h, 12.5h, 1 day, 10 days for difficult, hard, good and easy respectively.

In the ‘options:: lapses’ for my each of my decks the settings are as I have inputted them however when I do an ANKI review they are not implemented

I can think of a few things causing this:

• Have you made sure these are actually new cards, and not relearning cards (cards that have lapsed).
• Have you made sure that the deck where this is happening has the correct deck options set? Do you have multiple deck options?
