yes, but this work if the missing deck is in the app, my was on the ankiweb and so it didn’t work.
I can restore your collection in AnkiWeb from 5 days ago, 15 October. That is the only recent version available and you won’t have any reviews, edits, or added notes after that date. Please let me know if you want me to proceed.

Be careful when you are starting up to make sure you preserve both collections. Anki Web Deck deleted when I tried to sync to PC version - #6 by Danika_Dakika
