I created some decks on my Anki web but they hadnt synced to my desktop anki. So I tried syncing the decks I had on my anki web account but I ended up losing the entire deck, and it was replaced by the empty deck on my computer. Is there a way to recover the lost decks on anki web? Those are very very important and I don’t want to lose them again
If you had never synced your AnkiWeb collection to any other devices, your only option will be a server-side backup, if one is available. The next time he’s online, @dae can check on that for you. He’ll respond here to let you know when it’s from and confirm you want it restored.
If it can be restored, you’ll need to be careful to merge the profile on your AnkiWeb account with the profile on your Anki Desktop install. Synchronizing multiple profiles - Anki FAQs

I’m not able to locate an AnkiWeb account with your email address. Will you post again using the same email you use on AnkiWeb? You can create a separate account or add the email to this account, as long as you verify it.

I can restore your collection in AnkiWeb from 10 days ago, 11 October. [There is a more recent backup from 18 October, but that is after your initial post, so I suspect that one is after the mis-sync.] Please let me know if you want me to proceed.
