Hi! Is there any way I can recover my decks made in AnkiWeb? For some reason when I sync it with my desktop, rhe decks I made was lost.
Can you say more about what happened?
- Were you setting up syncing for the first time on your desktop?
- Did you accidentally choose upload to AnkiWeb instead of download from AnkiWeb?
- Is the copy on AnkiWeb the only place you had those decks?
- Did you have other decks on your desktop that you wanted to merge together with your AnkiWeb collection? Or was the collection on your desktop empty?
Yes on the first three questions. I had other decks existing on my desktop. Is there any way to recover it?

Since the first sync will be a one-way sync, if you have collections in both places, you need to preserve what you have on desktop so that you can download the AnkiWeb collection, and merge them together after that. Syncing with AnkiWeb - Anki Manual

Can the backup date be around february?
You can’t select a specific date – server backups were made when they were made. Your account also has backups made on 27 Feb (smaller than the most recent one) and 20 Feb (tiny, possibly empty). Please confirm which backup you want me to restore.

As I said – you can’t select a specific date. There are 3 backups, and I have listed them all.
But if your mis-sync was today or yesterday – right before you posted – there’s no reason to go back to a date weeks ago.
