Anki Web Deck deleted when I tried to sync to PC version

Okay. That’s restored. Start Anki in safe-mode so it doesn’t auto-sync, because you’ll need to force a one-way sync (in Tools > Preferences) so you can choose Download from AnkiWeb.

But before you do that, you’re going to have to preserve your data on your PC, because that download will overwrite your local collection.

  • Export everything in your main collection as apkg, including scheduling – force a one-way sync and download from AnkiWeb – import the apkg you saved – sync again.

  • Or, if you don’t want to mess around with your main profile – Create a new (temporary) profile – set it up to sync and download from AnkiWeb – export everything you have there as apkg, including scheduling and media – log out of syncing (at some point, go back and delete this temporary profile) – import the apkg into your main profile – force a one-way sync to upload everything to AnkiWeb.
