Deleting account failed and no sync anymore

I tried to delete my account lesen.anki@web.de on Ankiweb, but it stopped while still deleting media.

Then I added the account again to Anki on the Mac. I thought, maybe it helps, to get the media files first deleted there.

But if I try to synchronize, it says, that I only can synchronize one account at a time, although none of my other accounts is syncing.

How get I rid of lesen.anki@web.de?

Once you start deleting an account, you’ll need to remain on (or return to) that page until the process completes.

Yeah, I read this. But the process stopped.
