"Deletion of your AnkiWeb decks"

I just received the message reported here as title.
However it seems to me I used Anki a few times recently. I want to keep using Anki (Desktop, Ipad) .
I just used Anki this morning. What should I do more?

If your account has been inactive for 6 months or more, and you used the service for a week or longer, we will send you an email notifying you that deletion is pending. If you’d like to keep your account active, please log in to ankiweb.net and study a card, or sync one of your devices within 30 days.

If you believe you’ve been syncing, what can sometimes happen is users sign up with multiple email addresses, then don’t use one, and later get a message about it.
