I am experiencing some issues with syncing AnkiWeb and my phone.
I created an account on the Anki app on my Iphone, and when I later tried to login on the computer web application, it said that I did not have an account. I have gone back and forth with trying to come up with an solution (incl. deleting the account on the phone, and restarting on the web, but the same issues appear where it says that I have no account). I then tried to set up a new account using the same e-mail address and password on the web application as the account on my phone (hoping this would trigger something, but to no vain). I have now two separate accounts with the same email and password for the app as on the AnkiWeb, which I don’t understand how is technically possible…
I have tried to look in the forum for the same issue, but could not find any answers.
Does anyone know how to solve this? I am going a bit crazy over this, as I don’t really see how this even can happen.
