Sync AnkiMobile w AnkiWeb

Unable to get My AnkiMobile to sync to existing AnkiWeb account

AnkiMobile V 9.3.2
Anki Unlimited account
IPhone 14 pro Ios 17.3

Anki Web V9.3.2

Anki Desktop
Linux Mint 21.3
V24.06.3
Python 3.9.18QT6.6.2
PyQt 6.6.1

I have been using my desktop Anki and syncing to the Anki Web. I bought and installed AnkiMobile for IOS . AnkiMobile doesn’t sync to my ankiweb

I have check and all three seem to be logged in to the same account (they are the same email, same password)

Have I missed something.

You are likely using AnkiApp („Anki Unlimited account“), it is not the official Anki application for iOS and not part of the Anki ecosystem.
