Deck settings not applying correctly

Hi!
I’ve noticed that my deck settings haven’t been applying properly to my Anki decks. I am only getting certain tags shown despite unsuspending several and have continued to get sister cloze cards even though I selected to bury sister cloze cards (for both new and review).
I tried synching, closing and reopening the app but nothing changed.
