Data loss and all cards are disappear

I redownload the anki, and I sign up, then I find no data left. All my cards are disappear. But I actually didn’t delete any data on ankiweb. I just delete the application on my phone. Is there anyone can help me to find my data? Thanks.

ok, I find that if I didn’t upload anki for more than 6 months, I will receive an email telling me my data will be deleted. And I didn’t see the email. sad… anyway, everything will be fine.

Yes, your account data on AnkiWeb expired in August 2024, when your account went unused for 6 months.

That typically deletes all of the server backups. One of yours stuck around (2nd person today that’s happened for!) – from Feb 2024, which looks like it was within a few days of when you stopped syncing. Please confirm if you want me to restore that.

I can see you also have your collection synced to Windows – if you’ve had that this whole time, then all of your data is backed up there as well. And that might be a newer version than what I could restore, so consider that.

Okay, I’ve restored that backup on AnkiWeb. You’ll have to download that on your next sync – and that will overwrite anything you have saved locally.

If you have anything on your devices that you want to save, you’ll need to export that (including scheduling, presets, and media) as an apkg first. Then after you one-way download from AnkiWeb, you can import that apkg locally, and sync again with AnkiWeb.
