Ctrl shortcuts not working

shortcuts with ctrl and shift like flagging cards is nt workin on anki desktop, this is without anki add ons

Which version? System? Anything to add?

Anki → About or Anki → Copy debug info

Just to confirm, Ctrl or Shift shortcuts are working on other applications as well, right?

Yes working on everything else

  • Go to Help > About – click Copy Debug Info – paste that entire result here.
  • Try everything else on the Troubleshooting Checklist – Troubleshooting - Anki Manual .
  • Are you using a keyboard layout other than US/Int’l English?
  • Do you have any 3rd part shortcut/keybind apps running on your system?
