Hi! While reviewing my cards, it seems I’m unable to use keyboard shortcuts for again (1), hard (2), good (3), easy (4). The spacebar works perfectly fine (and so do most other shortcuts, such as CMD-Z to undo) but it’s a pain to go click on each button individually after every card. I know my keyboard is not the issue, as the numbers 1-4 type easily in other applications. I also deleted my extensions, redownloaded them, ran anki in safe mode, all to no avail. Still I can’t review with keyboard shortcuts. I also tried changing the shortcut key to QWER instead of 1234, which also did not fix the issue. Lost as to what to do next. Thank you in advance!

What did happen when you did that? Did QWER also not work? E and R can’t be used for answer buttons because they are already used for other things on the study screen.
The most likely causes of shortcuts not working are external 3rd-party software that grabs the shortcut before Anki can, and internal 3rd-party add-ons that do the same or remap shortcuts. Those are the things you should be looking for.
