Shortcut (Shift+ctrl+C) for cloze deletion not working

please help me out , i am using latest version 25.9.02 WIN 11 , my shorcut for Cloze is gone , its very frustating while making new cards nothing is working shft + ctrl + c / x

  • Are you using the default Cloze note type? Or a custom note type based on it?
  • Are the Cloze-related buttons showing in the editing bar?

i am using this, and one more thing i cannot also select the text by SHIFT + LEFT Arrow

all of these shortcuts gone , please help me , i am in middle of my preparation for my exam , thankyou so much

i had disabled all the ADDS ON , problem is still persisting , please help

yes i have tried troubleshooting as well

  1. What about other shortcut/keybind apps outside of Anki? Or shortcut/keybind settings in your OS?

  1. After you disabled your add-ons, did you restart Anki?

  2. Are you using a keyboard layout other than US/International?
