I have the same probleme, when I try to import all the decks.
Only the first deck from Anki pro will get imported. But I want to convert all decks.
I tried to import from Ankipro and it only downloaded about 80 of my 1500 or so cards. ive looked on the browser and it shows the same thing.

you’re a blessing, thank you so much! for anyone who was having problems with it only showing 20 cards in the deck, make sure you update your limits. with the update all the cards are there, but it will still say 20 cards in the deck if you are running default limits.

hey, i know nothing about coding and stuff and im having a really hard time trying to get my ankipro deck to anki, so if you could help me i would really appreciate it!
the last i understood from all this was to get the copycat importer add-on but then its the “config” part and i dont know how to do it

I can’t find the tools section ? Can someone help me please ?

I believe that refers to the Tools menu in Anki. After you install the add-on, there will be an option there for the importer.

I was able to download my cards from anki app to anki through the copycat importer, though, I have 20.000 cards and only 9000 were downloaded…
How should I solve that?
