On the AnkiMobile app for iOS, when I try to sync, I constantly get the error that says “Please sync again. If this message keeps appearing, please post on the support site.” This issue persists both on my iPad and IPhone. But I have no problem syncing between my Windows and Linux laptops.
Do your AnkiMobile devices appear to be syncing successfully, despite the error message? Or is the error happening immediately when you try to sync?
What iOS/iPadOS versions do you have on your AnkiMobile devices?
Is the version of your collection on one of your laptops up to date? You could try forcing a one-way sync from one of those devices, and receiving it on the rest of your devices.
From your screenshot, I see that your iPhone is connected to the internet via cellular data. I assume that your Windows and Linux laptops are using a different way to connect to the internet, probably through wifi.
Could you please try disabling cellular data on your iPhone and instead connect to and use the same wifi network that you used with your laptops?
If it’s happening immediately, then your device isn’t even connecting to our servers. Since you already tried using a different internet connection, and that didn’t work – that usually means it’s something on your device that is blocking the connection. Make sure you check everything it could be – Error establishing a secure connection when syncing - Anki FAQs (including things like “iCloud private relay,” which is really a VPN).
