That’s not a bug. Some text is created once and can be changed by the user, such as field names. You can delete the note types and add them again from the manage note types screen (accessed from the tool bar), or you can rename the fields.
By the way, you’re using a really old version of Anki. If you can update, then you’ll get more features and bug fixes.

That’s expected. The field names won’t be changed unless you do it yourself or create a new note type (anki would have no way of knowing what field to translate anyways or what the correct translation would be).
