Changed intervals since updating to 24.11

Since updating anki a few weeks ago, my intervals have changed and all of my manipulation has not been able to return my settings to the old ways. For a new card, my options for the 4 buttons at the bottom used to show “<15m, 12.5h, 1d, 4d”. If I selected “Good” and saw the card the next day, it would show “<15m, 1d, 3d, 4d” I believe. I really liked this old interval system.
Now my first day might be “<15m, 1d, 1d, 4d” or even " …5d". Honestly, I’ve fiddled around with a lot of settings trying to get back to what I had before, to no avail.

Is there a way to view my prior settings history?? That would be clutch

I am not the techiest person, but I’ve looked through dozens of posts on several platforms and have not corrected my problem.

You’re seeing a few things interacting.

Hard button interval 1d instead of 12.5h –
When you study late in the day, your 12.5h interval crosses the day boundary. Deck Options - Anki Manual

Easy button intervals 5d instead of 4d –
Intervals will fluctuate like that due to Fuzz Factor – Studying - Anki Manual . If you’re noticing it as something new after the update, it’s possible that you updated from an older version that was still using the v2 scheduler. Before the v3 scheduler, similar fuzz was applied, but you didn’t see it on the answer buttons.
