Changed computer

I have changed computer and in my new computer I have loged in with the same details but I cant see any of my cards. I have also tried to sync. I dont know what to do It took me 2 years to make those cards. Can someone please help me to figure this out. How can I see my cards on my new laptop.

  • Are you sure you signed in with the same AnkiWeb account details? [I can confirm for you that the email address you used to post here has an AnkiWeb account. Is that the account you’re using?]
  • When you do the first sync on a new device, it can only be a one-way sync. Did you choose download from AnkiWeb (and not upload to)?
  • When was the last time you used your collection and which devices were you using it on?
  • When was the last time you synced with AnkiWeb?
