Hi, so my problem is Ive had anki for like 4 years now and I’ve had it on 2 different devices. I was able to sync my data from my first device to my 2nd device no problems. I now have a 3rd device that i want to sync my cards to from my 2nd device as this device is broken. When i logged into my account and clicked sync none of my cards I had made previously appeared.What has gone wrong and how can i get my cards back as this took alot of time to make.
Did you leave your AnkiWeb account inactive for 6+ months? Your data would be removed from AnkiWeb’s servers after that. AnkiWeb account removal - Anki FAQs
You can force a one-way sync from the device with a current version of your collection, and that will get the data to your new device.
