Hi,
I installed AnkiDroid on my new phone and after I synced, I can’t see any of my decks. I logged in on ankiWeb and I can’t see my decks there as well. Is there a way to restore them? Please help :’(
Your AnkiWeb collection was inactive for at least 6 months, so you data was deleted from our servers back in April 2025. AnkiWeb account removal - Anki FAQs
Do you still have your own copy of your collection on your old device(s)? That’s the best place to look for an up-to-date and complete copy of your collection.
Generally when data is removed from an account, that includes the server-side backups. However there is one that was retained in your account – from August 2024. [Just like a local automatic backup, that does not include any media attached to your collection.] If you want me to restore that to your AnkiWeb account, please confirm.

I looked for my own copy of the collection backup and it was older than Aug 2024. Thank you very much for your help.
Sorry for the delay! I’ve restored that version. Be sure you choose download from AnkiWeb on the next sync.
