I have about ~150 cards that are “stuck” in learning phase. Every time I hit good or easy for one of these cards its almost like it defaults to again and the card reappears 10 mins later. I’ve tried changing my intervals and learn ahead time but nothing seems to be working. I also tried creating a new deck and copying over the cards and the issue persists. I even reset the cards but it still happens. When I do the cards on my phone instead, it puts them in the green cards but then when I switch back to my computer they go back to learning phase and the same thing happens. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
Could you attach a history example for such a card? (it can be accessed by pressing More → Card Info during study or by going to Cards → Info in the browsers).
Also performing Tools → Check Database might help, as well as checking if you have any add-ons on the desktop app that can modify the behavior.
The most recent grades for these cards are “1” – which is Again. That’s why they are acting like you graded them Again.
If you think you graded them something else, you should look at how you’re inputting your grades and make sure it is configured correctly.
