Cards not waiting after I click "Again"

After I click “Again” when I get my card incorrect, it comes back immediately. It does not wait the 5m that I set it to wait. Is there something wrong with what I inserted in my options? Or is this a bug?

New cards ignore review - OFF

Limits start from top - OFF

New Cards

Learning steps - 5m 30m

Insertion order - Sequential

Lapses

Relearning steps - 10m

Leech threshold - 8

Display Order

New car gather order - Random

New Card sort order - Card type, then order gathered

New/review order - Show before reviews

Interday learning/review order - Show after reviews

Review sort order - Descending retrievability

That is because of your Learn Ahead Limit – and you have no other cards left to study. If you want cards to wait their full step delay, so you have to come back and study them later, set that to 0.
