Cards always reappear after one day

Hi everyone,

I’ve been using AnkiMobile/Web for a while, and I’ve run into a problem I can’t figure out.

In my deck options, I’ve set the “Easy” interval to 4 days. However, even when I press “Easy,” the cards keep showing up again the very next day instead of after 4 days.

I’ve already checked my deck options, and the Easy interval really says 4 days.

Still, it doesn’t seem to apply — the cards always reappear the next day.

I’m not sure if this has to do with learning steps or something else.

Could someone please explain why this happens and how I can make sure cards marked “Easy” actually come back after 4 days?

It might – or with not grading these cards the same way you think you’re grading them. If you look at the Card Info for cards this is happening to, you should be able to tell.
