Sometimes I srudy the contents of a card and hit good. Then I decide that the appropriate rating is hard and I undo my answer. Does the study time include both intervals or just the second ? Is there a way to include both ? Is the editing time included to the study time?
No, when you undo a review, it’s gone.

No I don’t think so.
On Anki Desktop, yes. On AnkiDroid, there’s currently a bug that resets the timer. Anki mobile? I don’t know!

The editing time is considered irrespective from the answer time limit?
If I understand you correctly, no nothing can override the “Maximum answer seconds” option. Answer time cannot exceed the maximum you set.

I think it might be because on PC the editor opens on a different screen so the study screen is still open.
