Can't visualize old cards, only repeat old ones

Hello everyone,

every since the last Anki Update, I have encountered a problem with the app, namely the impossibility of using new cards. The decks that before would give me 10 new cards a day simply don’t give me any; and when I finish my daily exercice and manually add more new cards, it instead gives me old ones to repeat. In spite of this, when pressing “add x new cards for the day” there is shown the number of many new cards I have. Same with the old ones to be repeated. Does anyone have a solution to his?

Do you have the “New cards ignore review limit” option selected in the deck options?

But there’s also a good reason to leave that setting on. If you have a daily review limit set, and you’re reaching it, doesn’t that mean you have overdue Review cards that you already don’t have time to study? That’s not a good time to be introducing more new cards to your system.
