Can't get rid of wrong email

After using Anki on my PC I decided to sync with android.

It asked me to set up an account and I put in my e-mail address with gmail instead of ymail.

Now I am stuck in a loop of it saying that it sent an email to a gmail account that I don’t have access to. Then I click on ‘Change e-mail’ but when I put in my correct address it says this account already exists. What can I do? Even if I try to start again and lose my cards, it still wont’ like that I already have an account with my e-mail address.

It looks like you have an existing account with your ymail address, so you should point Anki to sync with that account instead. You can delete the accidentally created account with the nonexistent gmail address.
