Cannot press buttons on anki

Yesterday I was trying to download a new deck and I got this pop up, see below. I got the same pop up on my other devices and was able to appropriately click out of it. However on my personal computer I am unable to click any of the options and whenever I try I hear a noise from my keyboard that suggests I cannot click. I have tried to both force quit anki as well as delete the app and redownload. The same pop up comes up and it is frozen. Please help with this, thanks.

Have you tried –

  • Getting your devices in sync before you download this deck?
  • Turning off automatic syncing?
  • Starting Anki while holding down Shift (until you see the confirmation message), to disable all add-ons? [You posted this under add-ons, so I assume you think an add-on must be the cause of the issue.]
