AnkiWeb sync problem, pop up window will not respond

Hi,

I’ve been having a lot of problems with my anki, first completely not opening and a display of an ‘Error’ window. When I would click create new deck, the window would close itself automatically so I decided to quit anki and restart the app. Upon quitting, a notice came up saying that ‘Your decks her and in AnkiWeb differ in such a way that they can’t be merged together…’ when I would click the option to upload to AnkiWeb, nothing happens and the window will not respond.

What does the error message say?
It seems your system has a problem. Do you get similar problems with other apps?
