I keep getting an error message if I try to add cards to deck or even close anki. Please help

I keep getting this error message when I try to close the anki browser. I cannot close it or add more cards to my deck. Please help

That seems to be indicating that something went wrong before that message, and Anki has gotten into a stuck state. Did you get another error message before it? Please force Anki closed, and if problems persist, please paste the first error you get.
