Error on anki 2.1.43

Hi,

I got this notification on my screnn when I tried to add a card on to my deck. I tried “check database” as they said but that didn’t work. I also can’t quit or restart Anki.Which means I can’t shut down or restart my desktop. ( when I tried to I got that error notification). Please help me to fix this as soon as possible :frowning:

You’ll need to force Anki cosed:

If you can reproduce the problem, please let me know the steps you’re taking that trigger it, and the original error you get.

i am having same issue in my mac m1.

We now know that this error occurs when an other error has already occurred previously. If it happens again, please post the very first error message you see.
