You are likely not using Anki (as Anki has no subscriptions but is a one-time purchase on iOS/iPad OS), but some Anki knockoff app. (Anki knockoffs - Anki FAQs). We can’t help you with apps by other vendors. If there was an App Store involved, you‘ll likely need to use this stores support options for a refund.
You probably downloaded the wrong Anki
The correct ones are Ankidroid and Ankimobile

I’d say there’s also a 50/50 chance this was posted by a bot and not an actual user.
But, for reference this is still common thing when people don’t differentiate the actual Anki (from AnkiWeb, AnkiMobile) to the rip-off Anki
