Anki payment issue

Hi! Not sure if I’m at the right place to ask a question regarding a payment, but maybe you could tell where to address. once I’ve purchased Anki for my phone I was charged for it. In a week I’ve deleted the app from my phone trying to resolve an issue. Today I was charged once again after reinstallation of the application. What did I do wrong? I thought once I buy the app I can use it on multiple platforms without being charged again and again. How can I require the money back?

Yes, it should be a one-time payment for AnkiMobile – as long as you are using the same Apple ID. But all purchases are controlled through Apple, so your best bet is to contact them. Reinstalling - AnkiMobile Manual
