I found an excellent deck here, “Portuguese > English – 1000 Nouns (updated 2019-01-19)”. It doesn’t have audio, but I have created audio for all the cards. I would like to contact the OP so I can offer this to them, but I see no contact information. Can I find him/her somehow?

The uploader of that version based it on a pre-existing deck.
You can either leave a comment and hope the uploader gets notified somehow, or just upload your version under a new name and leave a comment about it.
