problem description:
After resetting the cards (forget ( Ctrl+Alt+N ) their display mode is changed from “random” to “in order of addition”.

Please make it so that when you reset the cards, the time until their next display is reset and the order in which they will be displayed remains unchanged.

Did you tried AnkiDroid 2.16alpha? You can install parallel build. Please try this with V3 scheduler as well.

Alas, in version 2.16 alpha with the scheduler 2, 3 the same situation, after resetting cards that are in the display mode “in random order” changes to “in order of addition”, the only difference I noticed with schedulers 2 and 3 is that if the display order is “in order of addition”, then:
Version 2:
1 card in a version 2 deck first shows Question, Answer (1QA), and then 2Q, 3Q, 4Q, 2A, 3A, 4A, etc.
Version 3:
corrects this error so that the cards are displayed 1Q, 2Q, 3Q, 4Q, 1A, 2A, 3A, 4A, etc.
That is another bug has been fixed (which is also great!), mine is still there.
I’ll wait another week for comments on this post here and then post on github afterwards.
