Feature Request: Blur Screen in Recent Apps

Description:
When AnkiDroid is minimized or the user switches to the recent apps menu, the app’s content is fully visible in the preview. This can lead to potential privacy concerns, as sensitive data such as flashcards and notes can be exposed. To address this, I propose adding a feature that blurs or hides the app screen in the recent apps view.

Expected Behavior:
When the user navigates to recent apps:

  • The AnkiDroid app’s preview screen should be blurred or replaced with a placeholder image (e.g., the AnkiDroid logo).
  • The content should remain hidden until the app is reopened.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Open AnkiDroid.
  2. Switch to the recent apps menu.
  3. Observe that the app’s content is visible in the preview.

Additional Context:
Many apps, such as financial or messaging apps, implement this feature to protect user data. Adding this to AnkiDroid will enhance user privacy.
