Basic (and reversed card) creates 3 cards instead of 2

Hi there,

I’m on iPhone, and anytime I add a new note card with the type ‘Basic (and reversed card)’ it creates 3 cards instead of just the simple 2 which should appear as front/back and back/front. Instead, 3 cards appear in the list and all 3 show up when I review (I believe the reverse card is duplicated). Anybody know how to make it only create the two it should?

Can you show the contents of your card template?

You can remove the extra template and all its cards by:

  • syncing your computer version
  • editing a card &clicking on Cards
  • selecting the unwanted template
  • and using the options button to remove it
