Ankiweb & mobile don't sync with Anki desktop

Hi,

For the past few months my ankiweb doesn’t sync with anki app on macbook. I’ve tried check database & media, which results into a red “sync” appearance and the option of uploading to or from ankiweb. I clicked on To Ankiweb but it still hasn’t synced.

What should I do?

  1. Are you sure that you have your desktop Anki set up to sync with the right AnkiWeb account (the same account as your other devices)?

  1. You’re syncing multiple devices, so the version of your collection on the device that is months out-of-sync isn’t usually the one you want to keep. Are you sure you want to upload?

  2. Have you accepted that one-way sync on your other devices? Or do you have changes on multiple devices now, and you’re trying to upload from all of them? That won’t work. To merge those, you’ll need to preserve one first – Syncing with AnkiWeb - Anki Manual .

  3. What happens next that tells you it’s not syncing? Are you getting any errors? (Please include the exact text or screenshots,)

Thanks for the fast response. As for the DM, I forgot how to post here.

Weirdly, this appeared to be the issue. I only remember to have one Anki account. I never logged out of Ankimobile or Ankiweb. So it’s very weird.

The issue is resolved. I logged in again on Ankimobile & Ankiweb and it synced. Before it used to say 2k due cards now 601, so it’s correct now.
