Is there any way to get a backup of the AnkiWeb data? After a wrong sync my cards are gone.

Let me see if I can help you with that. If you want a server-side backup restored, you don’t get to pick the date. However it looks like the most recent one was made 18 hours ago. And it is a different collection size from what is currently in your account.
Please confirm if you want me to restore that to your account.

Okay. I have restored your AnkiWeb.
Before you can sync, you’ll need to preserve your local data.

If Anki is not running, hold down Shift (until you see the confirmation message) when starting so that it doesn’t automatically sync.

Export your entire collection on your computer as an apkg file (including scheduling, presets, media).

Set up syncing on your computer again, and download from AnkiWeb to bring your AnkiWeb collection to your computer.

Import that apkg on your computer to bring the collections together.

Sync again on your computer.
Going forward make sure you sync when you open the app and when you close/leave the app, on every device, every time.
