when reviewing my cards my anki toggles seem to only give me 3 of the same <1m for Again, Hard and Good and Easy is 4d. I have tried to change the options but that has not had any effect
We need more details. Can you post a screenshot of your deck options?
I suspect you changed the learning steps while cards were in learning. If you press again on them or graduate them, they should go back to normal.
